Gorgeous hand dyed silk velvet pieces for your sewing projects. The WISTERIA GARDEN velvet collection was inspired by a lovely morning tea spent under an old wisteria arbor. A few of the delicate blossoms had fallen on the table and the iron chairs and looked just stunning next to the soft greens of a potted herb garden.
Dyed in small batches, these velvets are in very limited quantities.
Each bundle includes 8 pieces hand dyed velvet measuring approximately 8 X 7 inches.
measurements are approximate, your bundle may have slightly smaller or larger pieces included. Variations in color are to be expected on each piece.
Fabric content Rayon and Silk. If you are using the velvet on a garment that will be washed please test for colorfastness before using as some colors may shift when wet.
I love using these velvet fabrics in my fabric books, embroidery pieces, for velvet pumpkins and velvet mushrooms. Lovely for crazy quilt pieces, millinery flower making, doll clothes, and headbands.
