these hand dyed ruffles are a pale nude pink, a gorgeous neutral with a warm blush. as the dye dries on the crepe paper it leaves lovely irregular water marks and collects on the edges. please expect these ruffles to have variation in color.
this pretty ruffled paper garland is hand made and measures 32 inches long and 2 Inches wide with fluted edges.
