I’m so excited to have New in the shop this beautiful Summer Garden hand dyed ombré ribbon collection. Dyed in small batches these ribbons have beautiful graduations in color like a watercolor painting. Ribbons are heat set and rinsed after dyeing for minimal color shifting. Please test for colorfastness before using on an item that will be washed or worn.
Each bundle includes 4 torn sari silk ribbons that measure approximately 36 to 42 inches long and approx. 1 to 1-1/4 inch wide. Ribbons will be folded and tied together with a piece of gold tinsel. Ribbons have no knots or seams and can be ironed flat.
A few notes about the colors in this collection~
Lime Zest is a bright neon yellow green with a hint of blush.
Poppy Red is a bright red with a dark and light coral color fade.
Peacock Blue is a gorgeous turquoise blue with a teal green and mauve blend.
Mustard is an intense golden yellow with bronze and green undertones.
Summer Peach is such a warm coral pink with a golden blush.
African Violet captures all the colors of my grandmothers Violets, dark purple fading to a silvery violet with some warmer orchid pink tones.
Olive Green has many shades of green from a darker forest green and bronze green blending to a lighter leaf green.
Burnt Toffee is the most varied bundle in this collection with an overall copper color with smoky streaks of gray, green and gold.
Sea Glass is an enchanting pale aqua blue like a Mediterranean Sea with some pale green and blush added to the coloration.
English Rose looks like a collection of dried bright pink rose petals that have faded and dried in the sun to a dusty lavender with some brassy gold tones.
Rose Gold is a pale blush pink rinsed with a metallic gold shimmer with touches of more concentrated gold throughout.
Indigo has the traditional dark blue color throughout with some deep teal and worn silvery blues.
