This limited Edition 2024 ruffle box of vintage hand ruffled crêpe paper has all the colors of an old Traveling Circus. The colors of these vintage crêpe papers look like circus tents, helium balloons, painted animals on a carousel, buttered popcorn and cotton candy and acrobat costumes.
These vintage papers have such wonderful old colors and there is even one newer pink polka dot ruffle just for fun. Box contains 12 different colors of handmade ruffles, approx. 168 inches or just over 4-1/2 yards. Widths measure between .75 inches and 1.25 inches.
